Phil Makes The News…

Phil runs a fantastic scooter shop up north in Cleveland [POC] and is a great guy to boot. This isn’t the first time he’s made the news (or MTV) and I’m sure it won’t be the last. This is actually a really good report about scooters as related to gas prices. I really believe that the gas prices are having a positive affect on how us two-wheeler’s are being treated on the road. I’ve had very few angry motorists taking their aggression out on me over the past month and it feels great!
